Isamar Terrazas graduated from the SJMC Electronic Media sequence in 2014. Terrazas is now employed with NBC Universal/Telemundo 40 in McAllen, TX as a Field Producer and Assignments News Editor. Terrazas even won an Emmy as Associate Producer of an educational special called “Aprender es Triunfar: Ayuda Financiera.” This 30-minute special focused on personal stories from students applying for financial aid. Terrazas was also nominated for a National Emmy as a field producer for a 1-hour investigative special by Telemundo, MSNBC and the Center for Investigative Reporting.
