Carole Barasch's Film, “West Nile Watch,” Wins First Place

“West Nile Watch,” a public health video co-produced by Carole Barasch and Jonathan Uhl, received first place in the public health category from the Texas Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisers. Barasch also wrote and narrated the piece.

Barasch teaches a PR class at the Texas State University Round Rock campus.
