It's scholarship season, and the Austin Community Foundation has recently announced the Stuart Long Memorial Scholarships for Aspiring Journalists for the 2014-2015 academic year. Two or more awards are available; one of at least $3,000Applicants (undergraduates in 2014-2015) must submit: Résumé Two sealed recommendations Three to five samples of your work. Video clips should be digitized. (Clips, photos, video & audiotapes cannot be returned.) Financial statement describing your college financing, including other scholarships and loans. (Financial need considered.) One-page essay:  “Is objectivity still possible in journalism?
