TXST PR Faculty Join PRSA Austin Board-of-Directors at Large

 Two Texas State University faculty members, Debra Price and Jennifer Scharlach, have joined the board of directors for Austin’s PRSA chapter. As assistant professors of practice in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, they bring their vast knowledge in the field of public relations to the table. Formed in 1968, the Texas PRSA chapter focuses on providing an out-of-classroom experience that gives students, regardless of their major, an enhanced knowledge of the public relations field. Price is now serving as the communications director at large, while Scharlach holds the position of the membership board chair. Texas State is proud to have these two wonderful professors represent the university in the Texas PRSA chapter!
