Hands-On Experience

Advertising is learned by doing. From core classes to advanced capstones, you’ll work on real campaigns, solve business challenges, and build a portfolio that showcases your strengths.

2025 National Champions

The National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) gives students the opportunity to develop and present fully integrated campaigns for real brands. As 2025 National Champions, our team competed against top programs across the country and earned national recognition for strategic insight, creative execution, and measurable results.

Through NSAC and other national competitions, students gain high-level experience that prepares them for careers at leading agencies and brands.

Classes You'll Take

Our curriculum is designed to build both creative and strategic expertise. Students progress from foundational advertising principles to advanced courses in strategy, creative development, media planning, and brand leadership. Through capstone campaign work, portfolio development, and internship opportunities, you’ll graduate prepared for professional practice.

Get Involved

Students extend their learning through professional organizations, national competitions, mentorship programs, and immersive industry experiences. Through AAF TXST and NSAC, students compete nationally, connect with industry leaders, and build professional networks. Additional opportunities include participation in competitions such as 4A’s MAIP, AAF’s MPS, One Show Young Ones, and Crowbar, as well as Study America trips and mentorship through Ad2 Austin and E4Youth.
